As of 8:30 the courts are soaked but there is no rain on the radar and the courts should be dry by our match start times this morning. It's very hard to tell this early but as of right now we are planning on starting the tournament on time.
IF anything changes an email will be sent if time permits. If your plans have changed and you cannot attend your match PLEASE let us know as a courtesy to your opponent. Divisions with less than (3) entries for all Jr. Gran Prix events for 2019 will be canceled and refunded unless the players involved ask to be moved up to the next higher age division prior to the draws being made.
As of today the tournament is still on as scheduled eventhough plans could change once we get closer to the weekend. Emails will be sent to all those registered if there are any changes made to the event.
After the final deadline of noon tomorrow (Wednesday) please let us know what you wish to do if you are in one of the divisions with fewer than (3) players. Your options would be to move up to the next higher age division or request a refund before Thursday morning 9am when draws will be completed. |
